"The psychosocial fresco of well-being"
Kahina Fersaoui, a Labschool Paris intern and Master's student in Social Psychology, has designed a collective, participatory and educational workshop intended to interest young people in the question of their well-being, with the advice of Pascale Haag and the contribution of other Psychology interns.
The workshop lasts between 30 minutes and 1 hour and is aimed at teenagers, teachers and parents, and can be held in schools, with friends or family. The goal of this workshop is to promote well-being and prevent malaise among young people by raising their awareness of the issue.
It is based on scientific literature and has been tested with high-school students, teachers and middle-school principals, as well as an addictions and drug-trafficking prevention officer. It also incorporates elements of the Climate Fresco and a game from the ScholaVie association.
