Following a classic STAPS course, Raphaël obtained his Master MEEF at Paris Descartes University. He then taught for 2 years, part-time, in private secondary schools under contract, while at the same time joining a hip-hop training school. Once he had completed his training, he became a full-time EPS trainer in CFA and vocational high schools, as well as a sports coordinator for Paris City Hall and a Hip-Hop teacher. Finally, after 4 years of teaching, he decided to join a Montessori school, as the principles of this pedagogy are in line with his ideas on transmission to pupils and attention paid to children. Last year, he had the good fortune to meet one of the Labschool directors, who was looking for a PE teacher. Raphaël didn't hesitate for a second to join this wonderful project, and bring all his knowledge and experience to the table. Sport is obviously one of his passions, as are music, photography and travel.
