Charline Lefol

French-speaking teacher - 1st / 2nd grade

Charline began her career in 2015 teaching at different levels, from preschool to 4th grade. Drawing on this diversity of experience, she quickly seized the opportunity to broaden her horizons by teaching at the French High School in San Diego, California. This immersion in an international context profoundly enriched her vision of education, enabling her to develop a multicultural pedagogical approach and adapt to students from diverse backgrounds.

During her stay in the United States, Charline pursued further training, particularly in Los Angeles, where she deepened her skills by taking a course on “learning mathematics in 2nd cycle”. This training helped her refine her methods and integrate innovative practices into her teaching.

Her interest in alternative pedagogies, deeply nourished by her experience at the École M, led her to explore innovative approaches that encourage pupils' self-fulfilment and autonomy.

In addition to her teaching career, Charline is also the mother of a little boy. She also has a particular interest in the creative arts (painting, photography, ceramics, sewing), a passion she readily integrates into her teaching practices to encourage her students' creativity and self-expression.
