Specialized in the design and evaluation of skill development programs, Najoua Mohib, a lecturer at the University of Strasbourg, created the Master's program in Design, Education, and Technology (CFT), which aims to train leaders and innovators in education.

Passionate about leadership issues and change theories, she draws inspiration from all initiatives that can foster the transformation of educational practices in a broad sense. For the past 10 years, she has been involved in projects aimed at disseminating research results in education to the public and has worked to bridge the gap between academic and socio-economic sectors.

Her ambition: to contribute to the development of a community of innovators dedicated to a respectful and supportive society.
