On August 25, 2014, Laetitia Sauvage opened the first Children's Oasis in La Réunion, a multilingual, ecological and artistic school founded on the notions of joy education and experimentation.

She has been certified in the Gordon method since 2016 and is co-founder of Salanganes, a resource center for children, a popular education association within which the school is integrated. Today, she leads the pedagogical direction of this structure, while supporting teams and promoters of innovative pedagogical projects.

For five years, she has been involved in doctoral research in educational science, and has also taken part in a number of training courses in humanist pedagogy. She is currently completing a yoga teaching course with the French federation.

After several years teaching at university, Laetitia now works in the field of professional training, mainly with social workers.
