Workshops on Wednesdays From 2:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., then from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. For children aged 5 to 12 Organized by Play Well & Les Petits Atomes Location: 46 rue de Montreuil (Primary/Middle School site) Wednesday Duo Format: two complementary workshops designed to spark children’s curiosity and scientific thinking. ■ LEGO® with Play Well This workshop invites children to discover mechanics, engineering, and architecture in a playful way through building with LEGO© bricks. By handling and assembling pieces, they explore how machines work, the principles of construction, and basic technology concepts, all while developing their creativity. Each session features a stimulating challenge or project: build a sturdy bridge, a moving car, an elevator, or a balanced structure. Through these hands-on creations, children learn to observe, understand, and replicate technical concepts. ■ Science & Chemistry with Les Petits Atomes A STEM workshop designed to let children practice physics in a fun, hands-on way, while developing a broad understanding of science and the natural world. Through technical projects (robotics, electronics, DIY) and physics and chemistry experiments, children are encouraged to create, solve challenges, and manipulate materials through an active scientific approach. Each session begins with an engaging project introduced by the instructor, which the children then carry out individually. Some activities may extend over multiple sessions in order to build more complex objects or devices. An enriching Wednesday afternoon to learn through play, build, experiment, and explore the world around us. ------------------------------ The fee is fixed for approximately 30 sessions. Enrollment is for the full year and non-refundable. Workshops do not take place during school holidays (see dates below): Toussaint break – October 18 to November 3, 2025 Christmas break – December 20, 2025 to January 5, 2026 Winter break – February 21 to March 9, 2026 Spring break – April 18 to May 4, 2026
