Nicole Eilers est doctorante à l'University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill et son projet s'intitule Creating a Critically Inclusive Classroom Community – A Participatory Action Research Project. Le terrain de recherche de cette recherche-action participative a été la classe de cycle 2 de la Lab School Paris durant l'année scolaire 2019-2020.
