Fabrice holds a master's degree in mathematics, a doctorate in computer science, and a bachelor's degree in education. He has a wide and varied teaching experience. He has tutored in mathematics, physics and chemistry for many years at the middle school, high school and university levels and has taught in several international schools in different countries.

His vision of teaching, strongly influenced by alternative pedagogy, has been built and refined over the years and the situations he has encountered. It raises the question of the relative place of the teacher and the student within a class, of the pedagogical relationship between these two actors and their respective relationships to knowledge. More than the transmission of knowledge and know-how, it is teaching to learn and to reflect on one's learning that constitutes the heart of the method that Fabrice applies in his classes.
