After a degree in applied foreign languages at the Sorbonne, including a year at the University of Manchester, Philippine decided to pursue a master's degree in teaching and education. She passed the competitive examination to become a school teacher in 2012. She quickly became interested in alternative methods. Through her readings and trainings (Montessori, non-violent communication, life skills) her vision on the role of the school and the position of the teacher evolves.

 

After having taught students from kindergarten to 5th Grade, she taught mainly in kindergarten in multi-age classes within the national education system.
